Locate Items and Contact Us
To locate a part for purchase either:
- Use our handy search feature to browse our extensive inventory, or
- If you are having trouble locating specific parts, don't hesitate to call or email us for quick assistance. We are always happy to help!
When you find what you are looking for, give us a call at 1-780-753-6120 or email us at radicalr@telus.net . Since our inventory often changes faster than we can update, we will verify that the item is still in stock. If we don't have the item in stock, we will enter your request in our database and email you when we can locate it.

Please ask any questions regarding parts prior to purchase. We will give as accurate a description as possible. We gladly accommodate requests for pictures to assist you in determining the condition of an item and building confidence in your planned purchase. Please consider that taking and emailing pictures is a time-consuming process. We ask that you limit your requests to only those items in which you are seriously interested in purchasing.
Payment Options and Process
All parts ordered must be prepaid, including shipping. In order to keep prices down and items in stock, we do not accept C.O.D. orders. We have found that if delivery cannot be accepted we lose both shipping money and the opportunity to sell to another customer.
Radical Restorations accepts:
- Major credit cards - MasterCard®, VISA®, and American Express®
- PayPal®
- Certified cheques and money orders, and
- Cash, if order picked up on site
Please note that all prices are in Canadian dollars. 
We also accept Mopar parts as trade-ins, and are always looking to buy parts outright. Please contact us and let us know what you have.
We ask that you confirm that the part is still available and receive a shipping total price from us prior to proceeding with payment. After receiving the shipping total price information, please confirm your order with an email stating what part(s) you are ordering, the prices of those items, and the total payment amount that you will be sending (including the shipping price you were provided). We value your business and our reputation, and take these measures to minimize the possibility of miscommunications regarding parts availability or prices.
For orders paid by PayPal, money order, or certified bank cheque we will send out the order immediately. Send PayPal orders using the PayPal link below
Shipping
Although we work with many shippers to find the best value for our customers, let us know if you have a preferred shipper at the time of ordering. We will also combine shipments at your request. Let us know your preference and we will be happy to help out if we can.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any item, return the item for a full refund of the part's value (excluding shipping). You are responsible for return shipping costs. No parts accepted for return without pre-approval. Pre-approval can only be granted within 10 days of receipt of part. No returns accepted on electrical items.
